We're going to pay this guy between 18-24M/year? Yikes. Here's to Paul Milsap earning a starting spot and finishing at the rim!

At least this means Koufos will be able to get more minutes. I really want to see him.

Mark my words; Boozer will opt out of his contract w/ the Jazz and sign for really big $ w/ the Heat.

Seriously, Who cares its football season!?

That's ok. Just gives ol' Millsap more time to showcase his abilities. Most of the time I'd rather watch Paul play anyway. The boy's got some mad skills!

Fall is in the air, and Boozer is on the injury report.

If you don't play all summer (thanks coach K) your hamstrings could get a little tight.

WE'RE? I don't think that we pay anything. Larry Miller pays Boozer. Boozer is a phenominal player. The Jazz are lucky to have him.

Please trade Boozer before the season starts. He's going to leave for money anyway at the end of the season. We might as well trade him before he sits all season for a bad hamstring.

RELAX DUDES...its just pre-season.....Besides Boozer wants to stay home and learn how to play defense from the proverbially limp-wristed Obama!

AK 47 starting at power forward in place of Boozer?"

Because he stinks.....next question......

This could be the best thing for the Jazz; Kosta, Kirilenko, and Millsap get more time. Equals Jazz lose two points a game on offense(my prediction) and they hold opponnents to ten points less a game(common sense)

I don't understand us here in Utah sometimes. The Government organizes this ludicrous bail-out, and people are okay with that. Boozer sits out a pre-season game to avoid injury and everyone flips out.
Boozer will not be signing with the Heat after the season. Yeah, his home is there, but if you would actually pay attention, you'd realize the Heat have Shawn Marion and just drafted number 2 pick Michael Beasley. They're set at PF.
And AK isn't starting for relatively the same reason Boozer isn't playing. He played all summer, and they're resting him. Come on people, it's a pre-season game. It doesn't count. D-will will probably play no more than 20 minutes too.
These games are played mostly to help teams determine their 2nd and 3rd strings. It's a good chance for guys like CJ, Almond, Kufous and Knight to find out and prove their roles on this team. So it makes sense to rest the starters.

So he is continuing his stellar record of long periods of injuries and choking in the playoffs.
Yeah, we're real lucky to have him.
