haha.... | 9:28 p.m. Oct. 3, 2008
It took utah st till their last possession to even surpass the 100 yard mark for the game AGAINST 2nd STRINGERS. If BYU had ANY class they would have had their 2nd string in running the ball with a 34-7 lead. As usual no class, they wanna run it up. Just think if you hadnt received those gifts in the 1st quarter. Utah St outplayed you! I think the wrong local team is in the top 10

I cannot believe the string of horrendous calls in that last minute. First, it is amazing to me how Utah State can run about 10 plays...and only have 15 seconds run off the clock. The face mask? Um, don't you have to have contact for that? The BYU defender grabbed for Borel...and completely missed. So, how is that a facemask? Because Borel jerked his head back up to run? Everytime BYU made a stop on Utah St in that final minute, it seems the referee had some excuse to throw a flag. Strip Borel of the ball for another fumble? Oh, uh...he was already down. Pathetic officiating. But at least they finally noticed a Utah State hold and nailed the Aggie receiver for an obvious push off in the end.
RE: WOW! | 9:29 p.m. Oct. 3, 2008
We're not stupid for trashing your team for a 20 point win. You guys are SO high and mighty, and go out on a limb predicting your big blowouts, and then you play your worst game of the season against Utah State. It's just funny...that's all I'm sayin'. No, I don't think it's a sign that you've arrived, it's just a sign that you talk WAY too much trash.

You haven't arrived ANYWHERE!

BYU didnt look that good, but the ute fans shouldn't run their mouth. Yes, BYU should have destroyed them but football is a game of momentum. I dont think you can compare the utes 58-10 victory b/c they ran up the score and kicked USU in the mouth while they were down and out.

Also Max Hall needs to get back in the groove. He has been on the past couple of games and Harvey is running like a girl.

We need to step it up.
who have my little bros played? | 9:31 p.m. Oct. 3, 2008

Sagarin rating (record):

USU 121 (1-4)
Wyo 132 (2-3)
UCLA 83 (1-3)
UW 90 (0-4)
NIA 101 (2-2)

combined record = (6-16)
Wow!!!! Just wow!!!
Combined records of these team actually qualify for a bowl. Hahaha!!!!

Ok i just gotta say that game was great, The little boys in blue up north just ruffled the feathers of the cougs. I just couldnt beleive that the aggies frustrated BYU so much at the end
130 yrds in penalties and a sack on Max, who would have guessed it would be the Aggies that did it to them

Playing in High School does not make you a football expert. Before you comment you should probably think about what you are saying. BYU is a very good football team. You need to analyze a game from multiple angles. People who don't understand football compare teams by who they beat and the margin of victory. There is much more to this football team than most people think. They need to work on some things but they are still a very good team.

You are too funny. You should take a deep breath, and try to relax. Too much stress defending your over-rated team can take it's toll on your health. Oh, and I wouldn't call that spanking the Aggies tonight. They played like they were frustrated, and nervous, not bored and uninspired. They didn't measure up to all their hype tonight, and you know it, or you wouldn't be defending their honor so mightily tonight.

byu a top ten team???? hahahahahahahaha

Go UTES!!!!!!
BSU BRONCO | 9:37 p.m. Oct. 3, 2008
This is funny both of the high ranked Utah teams that play in a much better conferance(according to you) only beat the worse team in our conferance by 21 points each! wow you guys are power houses. BSU will beat Utah State by at least 35 points and put up 50 against the Aggies. I wish that both the Yewtes and the Cougars could come and play the Broncos this year so that we could humble both of you!!

BSU will pass the yewtes this week in the polls.
Here Come the Tears... | 9:39 p.m. Oct. 3, 2008
Hey, NevadaCoug: Stop piling on the sob stories over the bad calls. BYU was playing the worst game of the season, and they were really pulling out some of their most classless plays. They played dirty. I only watched the last quarter, and the re-plays were hard to watch. The Cougs get nasty when they're scared.
Ran up the score? | 9:44 p.m. Oct. 3, 2008
What Utah-Utah st game did you watch??? Utah pulled their starters after 3 quarters and STOPPED THROWING. Max Hall was still throwing up 34-7 in the 4th. Who tried to run up the score??? BYU DID! It just back fired. Do any of you think before posting? Its like talking to 5 year olds on here.

REALLY???? | 9:47 p.m. Oct. 3, 2008
AGAIN... Did someone really try and compare Utah St to Oregon St? You are right, Utah didnt put them away in the 1st quarter like BYU did Utah St. Thats a great example of how BYU is better. One question, What part of the game did #1 USC put Oregon St away??? Get back to me on that will ya? Thanks....
Ho Hum Last Time | 9:47 p.m. Oct. 3, 2008
I'm so glad I amuse you. Deep breath. Your overrated argument is weak and unfounded. Deep breath. The Aggies never threatened BYU, not once. Deep relaxing breath. A 20 point win is a spanking.

Ahhh, I feel so good. Thanks for the advice genius.
BYE WEEK | 9:48 p.m. Oct. 3, 2008
Rusty because of a bye week? good one Cougar fans, Utah St byed too and that gives you more time to prepare for your horrible performance.
To Anomynous | 9:30PM | 9:55 p.m. Oct. 3, 2008

Utah did not even try to run up the score and still won 58-10. (They pulled their starters in the 2nd half).
BYU tried to run up the score (Max still in the game and throwing in 4th qtr).
Get your facts straight before posting.

Rusty? | 10:00 p.m. Oct. 3, 2008

The bye week did it --to USU. Ortherwise, the score may be BYU 28 USU 27. You guess it --yeah, blocked PAT, bad call for USU, again. Hahaha.

No Heisman for Hall | 10:12 p.m. Oct. 3, 2008
I'd say the only damage done against the cougs tonight is to Max Hall's long-shot Heisman chances.

2 ugly INTs against lowly USU probably negates the 7 impressive TDs against not-so-good UCLA.
Re: BSU BRONCO | 10:23 p.m. Oct. 3, 2008
Um. . . How do you figure that utah only beat USU by 21? Let's see 58 minus 10 equals. . . Gee, maybe you should ask one of the BYU fans to figure that one out. You might get 21 if you ask them. . . It's also pretty hilarious that Utah did exactly what you're bragging that Boise State is going to do to USU. Think before you post. (that goes for BYU fans, too)
