But on the other hand, after tithes, kids, and child tax credits, the average Utah family pays very little in federal income taxes. This would be a husband and wife with income less than 70K and having 3 children. In fact, larger families pay no federal income taxes and with the child tax credit receive money.

Instead of Paying Alaska $1.84 tax distribution, why not give back the 84 cents to a non oil rich state like Nevada or Utah, dispite our oil shale.
Why do they get a buck eithy-four for every dollar they contribute. Palin Alaska economics that cares about the rest of the nation. Ya, "right on"

The less we take from the federal government the better. We should stop taking any money from them that requires us to submit to their regulations.
