Hmmm, reminds me of a certain Michael Jordan. In my opinion, the similarities don't with a love of golf, either...

Jordan was a gambling junkie. Williams is a guy with too much money and time on his hands.

What would you do with your money if you got paid 10+ million dollars a year to play basketball? You would practice 5-6 hours a day playing B-Ball then what? I personally would take up a hobby, golf, tennis, rackeball, etc. I think it is great that D-Will is doing something other than B-Ball. What do you want him to do?

What's wrong with golf? Deron will be playing golf much longer in life than he'll be playing basketball.
Likely nowhere NEAR the same level. It's way harder to be that good at. Less than ten percent of all golfers ever break 100. Less than one tenth of one percent go pro. Less than two percent of that tenth of one percent ever win a professional tournament. The top ten golfers in the world are in truly rarefied air. Of course being one of the top three point guards in the NBA is nothing to sneeze at either.
