Just DON'T do it like Alpine District's plan. It's all subjective based on how teachers "collaberate"! It's horrible.

Hoops and more hoops.

My whole career as an educator has been spent jumping through hoops devised for one grand scheme after another. I'm getting quite good at it now...but it sure takes a lot of time and effort away from my focus on real and meaningful student success and achievement.

Teachers are spending so much time making the bureaucrats happy, there is not a lot left over for the students. The worst thing that ever happened to education was the politicization of it.
