Unfortunately, it sounds most of you get your source from MSNBC, whom of course are pro-democrats, whom slander and misrepresent.
Good luck with your smear tactics, it very seldom works, just ask John Kerry.
Speaking of parading families on stage, I remember seeing Obama parade his family on stage, a news interview and the cover of a magazine.
Mayor of a small town is still better than community organizer. I still havn't seen any racist comments or actions come out of the McCain camp but I have already seen ageism, racism, classism and sexism come out of Obama's. I guess Dems really aren't the party of tolerance.
Its funny how Utahns are in support of someone who belongs to a denomination that derailed St Mitt the beehive beloved's bid for the oval office.
FWIW; I am not a liberal. I am a libertarian. There is a difference. It seems the good doctor only made 1 mistake never assume. I can assure you its something Greg House would never do.
Do you realize the longer she stays in the headlines, the longer the wave of RNC bump will go - all the way to the election.
Now tell me John McCain is not smart. He was dead in the water. A walk through election for demos, (if they would of chosen Hilary). New York is supposed to be a plus 25 for demos, it sits at 5 points for Obama. Minnesota is even. Penn, Ohio, Mich, Florida, all are very close.
It seems demos keep shooting themselves in the foot.
* Pressed Iraqi leaders to delay active negotiations with the U.S. on Iraqi security, political reform, etc.
* Told Gen. Petraeus that the U.S. presence was illegal and demanded a date for withdrawal.
* Told U.S. troops their mission was useless and that he would end it.
This is offensive on so many levels.
First, the U.S. President is the exclusive voice for negotiating with foreign nations. Second, it is none of his business to attempt to give orders to the U.S. commander in Iraq. And, certainly, he has no right to downgrade U.S. troops personally.
In the past, such activity would be considered treason (and it probably is in a legal sense). But, it shows a sleazy disregard for the U.S. Constitution, our political system and the hard sacrifices of U.S. troops.
This man is not prepared to be Commander in Chief. He is an embarrassment.
President Bush has had a hard time in office because he refused to work with/or cooperate with anyone, at anytime. He's been more dictator than president for 4 years now.
He did say, if I am reading it right, that any agreement would need to be agreed upon by Congress. And it would be better to wait after the election turmoil. I agree, trying to do anything now would be politically motivated, just like the Grand Staircase decision.
It's so fun watching Republicans defend Mr. Infidelity McCain and don't investigate me Palin. Are we really that afraid to vote for someone with a minority background?
But Cheney & Rumsfeld never pulled any slimy tactics in Iraq or did they?
What's changed?
If you put the demo label on me, your are very mistaken. This year this Republican will stick to his beliefs and vote against the immoral McCain and his infedelity.
I saw the Gibson interviews. How do you take Palins comments out of context when it's a video?
You know, I dont know if that was my exact quote.
Its exact words, Gibson said.
But Gibsons quote left out what Palin said before that:
Pray for our military men and women who are striving to do what is right. Also for this country, that our leaders, our national leaders are sending them out on a task that is from God. Thats what we have to make sure that were praying for, that there is a plan and that that plan is Gods plan.
The edited televised version included a partial clip of that quote, but not the whole thing.
Gibsons characterization of Palins words prompted a sharp rebuke from the McCain campaign on Thursday.
Governor Palins full statement was VERY different from the way Gibson characterized it, read a statement circulated by McCain spokesman Tucker Bounds.
Gibson cut the quote where she was clearly asking for the church TO PRAY THAT IT IS a task from God, not asserting that it is a task from God.
I really don't know anything about economics but I have a book by Alan Greenspan, I haven't read it...
Oh no, this is not the guy I want in the White House.
But unfortunately ABC decided to edit out the comments that Obama and Biden were not qualified. And thus presenting the quotes showing that McCain and Palin do not have experience in major coop and thus not able to lead the country.
NICE SPIN
Good Luck
