Energy storage possible for trust-land caverns

Every existing power plant in the US will soon be required to store carbon dioxide or get rid of it. Carbon tax will soon be the norm on our power bills.

Makes no sense to continue to build old technology coal fired power plants in this country such as the one proposed by NEVCO near Sigurd.

I hope we can figure out how to use the salt caverns to get rid of waste spewing into the atmosphere and water before its too late. Eventually we must get rid of the originators of toxic waste poisoning humans, wildlife and the environment at large.

Cannot be retrofitted with CO2 capture. The coal must be gasified first, then captured. The gas is burned in a combined cycle gas fired turbine, similar to the ones that were recently build near the old Geneva Steel location.
