What gadgets are they putting in? Do these teachers actually know how to teach more effectively with these gadgets or will they just be a waste of money? Are they getting training? If they don't even know "what will be next" I'm doubtful. C'mon Des News. Why write a blurb like this and not tell more about it? There are teachers all over this state who are receiving hundreds of hours of training and advanced certifications so they can use "technology" to make more effective classrooms. Why aren't you telling about them?

Yes, he will receive training. They are putting in things that will benefit his classroom, specifically. They are also making over his room so it doesn't look like a romper room from the 60's.

He doesn't need "advanced certifications" to use the technology. He just needs to know how to run some simple programs and needs time to figure it all out.

Desnews isn't telling about others because this guy WON everything in a home-makeover type contest.
