It's early in the morning. This is sarcasm, right?

I laughed. What a great way to make a point.

And the technology in an Ipod is pretty advanced, seriously. A few years back a game system was developed in Japan that had very strict trade restrictions. With some adjustments it was equal to the early fly-by wire systems used in F-16 fighters. No kidding.

Most people don't have a clue what the Constitution says, means, provides or restricts.

I hope this is sarcasm, if not it is a slap at a sacred document, the current administration and conservatives in general. Only could you find a letter like this in the Deseret Morning News. Such Tripe!

Wake up, America! This is exactly what the John Birch Society has been warning about for years! America is going to lose its sovereignty to EULAs.

Has anyone except the cadre of oily skinned lawyers who wrote it ever read a EULA, while sitting there with the option to accept or decline? Some of them head off in pretty wild directions. I like the ones that make you scroll to the bottom before you can accept the terms. Whatever they are.

To a couple of the posters above:

sat-ire; ˈsa-ˌtī(-ə)r: a literary work holding up human vices and follies to ridicule or scorn.

That is all.

This tongue in cheek article was excellent. But think about the implications of actually using the constitution as an actual binding agreement instead of a historical source of trite phrases and you might just find the answer to the illegal immigration problem, low voter turnout, cynical citizenry, and many other ills plaguing our nation.
