My opinion is this is a mistake and is going to be an eyesore.
Welcome to the Wasatch Front /LA of the rockies.
Move the homelss shelter to Sandy
Stadium, and now this awesome skyscraper....sweet. Movin' on up, yeah we're movin' on up.
We don't need it and no one will be able to afford it. Just ask any banker.
Where will the funding come from? Why not just move the state capitol to Sandy? The LDS Church is pouring billion in to SLC and they need another focal point near by?
This project will be good for Sandy and good for the state. Another hub of business, cultural and sports activity will create more jobs and spur economic growth.
