Kennecott has been spending millions of dollars to do the cleanup work that EPA
would have done at more cost, simply because it is a government agency. This is
a process that has been carried out under both State and EPA Region 8 oversight.
(The previous comment from "Who...." is nothing but pure defamation
and should be removed by the editors.)
