Who are you talking to Huntsy? Are you talking to us Utah citizens or the thousands of illegals you welcome into our state every year that also use up our water supply? Why don't you and your staff work on solving the ROOT of many of our problems here in Utah. I'll conserve water when you remove the illegals. How's that for a deal?
