Magna Residents didn't just learn about this. It looks like the Tribune has
even fooled the deseret news. There have been minor breeches of the pond in the
past, and in 1998 Kennecott went public with the information that the
impoundment could fail in a seismic event, but nobody really cared back then.
The only reason anyone cares now is because the Tribune likes to toot their own
horn like they broke this story, when they are actually ten years late. Enter
