I am at our summer home in Montana and this article inspires me to shut off the computer, pour another cup of java (will that comment make it in the DN?) and clean out my hall closet. I often tell people that we are prisoners of our possessions and it is not the stuff we buy that makes us happy, it is the stuff we get rid of that makes us feel better. I watched a couple of episodes on the BBC TV of How Clean is Your House and was horrified at the trash people keep in their kitchens, the job of de cluttering just overwhelms many of us.
I try to clean out one closet or drawer a week when I am home in SLC and this fall I plan on cleaning out a storage locker that I started one day and stopped because I found a photo my husband had long been looking for. I did mange to get rid of some things and the whole job should take a couple of hours. IT is not a big job just a bit dusty. Purge my friends -you will feel so much better.

I was going to print this article out. Just as I was about to push "print" I realized, "hey, one more thing to "unclutter". Does this mean I'm finally on the road to de-clutter? I hope so! Thanks I needed that!
