Isnt this Dave Fox's group of investors that he turned in and took a plea deal, I still cant watch him on T.V. Dave your actions speak way louder than your words. Shame on You..................

I don't understand how 18 charges can be pled down to just ONE--especially in a case of this magnitude.

I really wish more of these types of crooks got more time in prison.

The disturbing fact is that the bank robber who takes a few thousand can face MUCH MORE time in prison than one of these slime balls who filch MILLIONS!

First let me say I am not defending these people; I've met Brad Kitchen and have a very low opinion of the man. But there is a difference between what these people did and what a bank robber does. Violence, or the threat thereof should always be punished more harshly than non violent crimes, always.

No. Utah sees a major earthquake every 350 years. Last one? 350 years ago.
