Do I understand this correctly? Is this meeting being put off for a SECOND week now? The meeting was supposed to happen last Tuesday (Aug. 5th) but was postponed a week (to the 12th). Is it now not happening until the 19th???

Gee, I wonder what's happening (sarcasm)? I'm guessing the meeting is being stalled by the Republican half of the council so that the Zoo's fair compromise won't have time to be considered and accepted, thus keeping the $20 million loophole intact.
