High school football: Enterprise gambling on new offense

I love Enterprise Football, but come on guys. We need to do two things to get
things going right. First, we need to keep a coach for more than two years.
Second, we need to run the ball using power and misdirection and pass then about
25% of the time, mainly out of play action. If we could do these things, we
would compete every year for the title.

I liked it back when we had kids rushing for over 400 yards per game as a team.
Spread the ball around and play defense. I think it was the straight T that we
were running back in 2000-2004. The Phelps kid, Jones, and Fenn were great
runners.

I have watched Coach Jones for many years. He is a great coach. He can take a
team that may not have as much talent and put them together and make a great
team out of them. He is a great motivator, and will get the most out of the kids
he coaches. He adapts his coaching philosphy to the talent that he has. He
doesn't make the kids adapt to him. He will be successful at Enterprise if
you let him coach.
