Utahns in poll rank food safety as a top issue

I would love to see the type of people that were interviewed along with the questions and any other dialogue from this survey. It seems odd to me that food safety would rank high on the concerns of Utahns as I don't hear anyone talking about it. I do hear tons of people talking about traffic and the economy though.

Of course if you blindly asked people if food safety is important most of them would say yes. Is there anyone out there who thinks "gee, I'd love it if my food were unsafe"?

Ask that same group of people if they're willing to see their grocery bills double in exchange for guaranteed safe food.....I'm betting almost every one of those people would change their vote to "things are fine the way they are today."
