A man or woman goes into a 7-11 and uses a gun or gun look-a-like to take $37.00 and the book is thrown at them. The two in this story use false appraisals to hold up - ultimately you and I and may get off with a lighter sentence because they cooperated? They probably answered in the affirmative if they are "honest in all their business dealings."

This criminal needs to be the guest of the state for a long time. His greed and dishonesty should be punished. His is reportedly a pathologist and would you trust him to give an honest medical report? I hope that the state medical society takes action.

A pathologist often operates a full scale clinical laboratory and / or examines PAP smears under a microscope. Do you want a person of this caliber determining if you, your girlfriend, your wife, your mother, your daughter or your neighbor has cancer? I don't. If you do, you can bet your bill will be inflated to pay the lawyers!
