28 TIMES the legal limit? | 5:26 p.m. Aug. 1, 2008
The story above says that he was picked up recently for being "28 times above the legal limit."

He's still alive? He was elected and then RE-ELECTED after DUI's in the mid-90's??!! My goodness!

Was the electorate as drunk as Gardner? How could Utah County elect such noble people as Larry Ellertson and Gary Herbert, while simultaneously electing this apparently drunken fool?

The analysis of that is worth a BYU academic research paper or thesis.

The ones in office now should be on probation, for raising their salaries an obscene amount in tough economic times like this.

Judge him NOt | 9:20 p.m. Aug. 1, 2008
I've been up before this man. He gives nobody a chance. He caused great pain on my family when he went against a Dr's recommendations.

VOTE NO on ALL Judges. Get them all replaced and send a message to our judicial system. A commissioner and a Judge can be placed on the bench forever.
