Policy could push kids out of CHIP

I think the poorer families should qualify first. I know a family of 7 (5 kids) who is on it presently, but only because they chose to spend their money on a new car and other luxuries. They live in Draper in a 500K house. I know many more deserving families, and do not think this family would hurt much if booted from the program.
