Davis County updates emissions requirements

i live in davis county and i feel that the emissions crap needs to be elimminated its nothing more than a money maker and a rip off to all of us. we need to be more focused on the crimes,drug and gang problems and our childrens safety the the rip off that some county,s are doing.
