Just like Warren Jeffs did for the longest time, these 5 men are cowards and ran away cause they know they did wrong and they only care about themselves and nobody else. I hope they get caught and get what they deserve. Time to pay the piper cowardly FLDS men. Come out where ever you are...cause just like Jeffs you will be found.

look at TRUTH WILL PREVAIL. No one is running. Deseret News look at the facts. The officers haven't even started to search. They don't have a case until someone testifies. They don't want to find the "unknown" men until they can build a case against them. They haven't even looked at the Ranch yet. This is just a media ploy to salvage their case in the public mind. Dig a little deeper into the facts.

If they did not have a case they would not have an indictment.

One again, the FLDS are blogging to try to convince the rest of us that they are victims of a terrible injustice.

I would agree. They are victims. They are victims of many years of following false prophets and being brainwashed into believing that they are living a "higher law." These poor people are victims of lies and control from evil and corrupt leaders who have used them to further their own ends.

Since Warren Jeffs has publicly admitted that he is a FALSE PROPHET, I'm sure that leaves these people not knowing where to turn. After all these years of mind control, I'm sure it is pretty hard to face the truth.

I applaud the Texas authorities and Mark Shurtleff for finally attempting to prosecute these men for their crimes. There are many TRUE VICTIMS who need justice. There are many lost people who truly need help.

Malonis is being evasive. The fact is, as the TRUTH WILL PREVAIL blog site shows, court documents reveal some very telling things about Malonis' character with regard to matters of child custody.
As for Teresa's reaching the age of consent, I don't see how that's irrelevant as Malonis claims. If CPS and Malonis' reason for keeping Malonis on as Teresa's attorney is to prevent her relationship with an adult, then that argument becomes moot on Saturday, since she can legally have a sexual relationship with an adult once she's 17 yrs. old. Trying to protect her from that is just silly and/or disengenuous.

I wouldn't recommend the hippy beard glasses ant "therapist" routine, Radovan Karadic was discovered behind that one.
They won't be turning themselves in either. Time for a bounty hunter?

go away. go away you hilldale hillbilly. Polygamy is against the law. Why do you feel you need to post everytime anything is written on this subject? Your constant campaigning only makes things worse for your band of hillbillies.

The public is fast losing any sympathy they've had for the plight of the FLDS because of their attempts to smear anyone who disagrees with their "right" to sexually abuse young girls.

Just because the FLDS have been conned by a "prophet," who is really just a convicted child-abusing felon, into believing that this is what God wants them to do is no excuse. FORCING 12- to 16-year-old girls into sexual relations is sick and disgusting.

This is for "to all readers of this article" posted at 1:13am. IF you believe the stuff that has been posted on the TRUTH WILL PREVAIL then that's your business. But I think it's a bunch of junk to brainwash the public like it apparently has done to you. Hello get a grip on reality!! Warren Jeffs went into hiding for many years cause he didn't want to be caught WHY you ask-- cause he knew and knows that he was doing wrong and would get into deep water if ever caught. Well he was caught. And look where he is now. He even admitted he was a False Prophet and Wrong! The FLDS men now leading this bunch still think as Jeffs did so why are you believing the junk posted on their website? These men are running for the same reason Warren Jeffs was. You need to dig a little deeper into the facts and WAKE UP!

Just so that everyone knows: Texas is still in the planning stages of trying to find these guys. That means they haven't even started looking for them or even told their lawyers that they are wanted. It's hard to turn yourself in when you don't know you are suppose to turn yourself in. Are they running? We don't know yet because we haven't starting looking for them yet! Just out the San Angelo local paper and the sheriff says as such-- still planning stages!!

While I do not believe that polygamy, underage marriages/sex, child abuse, etc are good ideas, can we take a moment and realize that a large majority of people reading this article have a family heritag of polygamy? You may not feel that your ancestors were guilty of "abuse" because they were practicing their religious beliefs. Many of those men and church leaders were forced into hiding as well. Many people still think the mainstream LDS members are brainwashed and led by a false prophet. Before passing too much judgment, stop and think.

I sure would like to see some women arrested for their roles in allowing child abuse exist in their homes. They are just as responsible for letting this go on.

I don't know of the FLDS but I can read these comments and I can judge the mentality of the writers.
Read some of the comments of the people around Narvoo, IL and you will witness the same hate against the LDS.
Does anyone want to have a go at anyone who is religious? That's very popular right now.

Sure, many people do have a family history of polygamy.

The laws of the land, and the realization that the practice of polygamy is not good for chidren, women, and society in general has had the American people moving away from this destructive practice.

In this day and age, polygamy has become something much different than the days of old anyhow.

It is a blight upon human rights and goodness.

A grand jury would indeed indict a grilled cheese sandwich. They have to do something to try and save face.
It will be interesting if a case actually goes to trial. The first thing will be motions to suppress evidence as being illegally obtained. That will force the Texas Rangers to come clean on the Rozitta Swinton thing and why she hasn't been arrested.
The Texas dog and pony show continues....

CommonSenseIsNotSoCommon | 10:10 a.m. July 24, 2008
As I have said in the past, if there really are underage marriages going on withing the FLDS, Texas obtained the evidence illegally. Texas should have done this legally so any might-be-criminals don't get away on a legal technicality. Of course, the CPS thought they had a valid warrant, but common sense said otherwise.

We see perfectly good evidence being thrown out time and time again with drug raids. The laws aren't going to change for this group, and the laws shouldn't change. It is more important to protect and preserve the freedom of millions of American children than it is to take these freedoms from our children just so we can get a few men who might have harmed a few children.

I know its aggravating, but it's these types of freedoms our men in arms have died for. So many Americans don't understand that the government raids and seizures that happen in communist countries are never done in the name of power. They are always done in the name of protecting the children or the public, or even in the name of defending freedom.

I don't believe for one minute that Flora, Elissa and Carolyn and others are evil. They are very courageous women and are tying to help their relatives get out of this terrible mess they are in.

No. Utah sees a major earthquake every 350 years. Last one? 350 years ago.
