I live by him and the prosecutors sold out on this deal. I suggest that we all call the attorney's on this deal and yell at them for wimping out. Kitchen deserves to do some heavy time for what he has done to all of us that live in the river bottoms.

I'm surprised to see him get off this easy. Prosecution must not want to do their job. Only in Utah can you steal 10 million and get probation. This is a joke.
