Senate passes bill to help community health centers

Authorization is one thing - approving continued existance of community health centers for another five years is one thing, obtaining actual appropriation of dollars to run them is a totally different and a much more important requirement in the lives of the low-income. So let's wait and see what dollars back up this authorization first before anymore begins to cheer.
