Are we going to have these "mixed used" things every four miles across Utah?

They're all over the US, they all look the same, and they all have the same boring stores you see in the malls.

It will be interesting to see where he gets the money is this economy? Maybe, Bush can get the Chinese to loan the money.

At least its not an office park! And if you don't like the stores push for adding a clause in the planned unit development document, that must be approved by your local planning board, to mandate a certain percentage square footage must be low rent and leased to local buisnesses. This is the reason we have governmental organizations!
