As always, Janetta Williams plays the race card and the bigotry card to advance her personal agenda. She could care less about anyone but herself. If a poor child of any color can get the chance to advance their education and therefore their lives by getting a good education, why would she stand in the way?

It's simple, they might grow up and learn to think for themselves and not subscribe to the victim mentality that the NAACP (particularly the Salt Lake branch) espouses. Therefore they wouldn't pay their dues to be members of the NAACP and Ms. Williams would lose her power to keep people down.

They ought to change acronym for the NAACP in Utah to the NAAJW. The National Association for the Advancement of Janetta Williams.

Mike, it appears that the powerful teachers' union NEA is also using every trick and deception in the book to defeat any effort to implement a school voucher program. Never mind that the public school system in so many instances is a dismal failure. Just hang on to that political power regardless of the best way to advance the education of children.

What in the world does the NEA have to do with McCain and the NAACP? The other erroneous statement that must not go unchallenged, the public school system, in many instances, is a dismal failure. This is out and out false. Are there things that need to be worked on? Yes. Is it a 'dismal failure', no.
