Trust serves papers on FLDS ranch

This seems like the right hand collecting from the left.

The problem appears to be that a third party is controlling that right hand now.

It's a sad day when our government has the right to take away our property. And on grounds that it's being "mismanaged". Then they auction it off and make millions from it. Now, after they steal their land, they threaten to arrest them if they don't pay $100 per month to maintain their stolen land. What a bunch of crooks.

Apparently the courts found that the FLDS leaders were misusing the money handed over by the FLDS faithful and so the government is now trying to parcel out the land back to the individual families. As long as the government doesn't spend most of the money on attorneys and financial advisors, this appears to be a good move.

Another problem is that UEP is being sued by ex-FLDS members who have been sexual abused by FLDS leaders. If an increasing number of sex abuse victims sue while there is still money in the trust, then obviously, less money will be distributed to the general population.

It seems that we as citizens of these united states have little or no rights what so ever. Seizure without cause from the CPS. Intrusion into our finances under were just looking ?

The laws states that we are free from unreasonable
serch or seizure.

What will it take to restore the country to the home of the free and brave? Now it's home of the scared and a nation of laws, better to keep
over 2 million in jail than have freedom.

How will we all get along when the big hammer of Goverment slames down on us. The big oil boys may want to raise the oil up to $10.00 a gallon for gas.

Food prices will double and wages will stagnate.

Thus making the United States a third world country.

I guess it makes sense to have the FLDS assetts seized because they decided to manage there own money.

WOW how insane.


Time to clean house of the Federal Goverment,

State Goverment should be cleansed as well.

Let's see... There's millions of dollars "missing" from the trust formerly "managed" by Warren Jeffs and cronies. Mysteriously, there's a LARGE plot of land, purchased by their organization in Texas, and populated by the "elite" of said organization. Yeah, I'd be looking, too. You don't get to hide money like that.

How can there be "millions of dollars "missing" when the UEP never had a bank account. The UEP was trust that only held property. There never was any money to be "missing".

Perhaps if the trust and others just took everything, then the FLDS followers (not the leaders - just the followers) would go back into civilization and have a chance for a real, FREE life instead of being repressed, isolated, and over-sermonized by the FLDS leadership.

But taking from the FLDS and giving back to the individual followers will solve nothing if everything else stays the same. The sheep (I mean followers) will simply give it all back to the church leaders and stay isolated and repressed.

You know, it's not very difficult to find weak sheep to follow aggressive leaders. The hard part is freeing the sheep after generations of mind control.

Good luck with that. I'd be happy if we can just get the kids out of that environment. The parents are probably too far gone to help at this point. They actually believe all the hogwash thats been forced down their throats since birth.

Perhaps if we understood why the FLDS is so afraid of the world then we could better understand how to free the childen.....

Obviously you have had a hard time "REALIZING" the "REALITY" of this whole situation. After three months of investigation now, THE ONLY ABUSE THAT HAS BEEN FOUND WAS WHAT THE CHILDREN WENT THROUGH BY "OUTSIDE" FORCES DURING THE RAID!!!!

There is one man (with-a-wife-and-seven-children) living in a trailer. He had a bad accident and is handicap. He barely can work enough to take care of his family and they do not live extravagantly. They have now received an eviction notice!!! Who's this?? Wison and Jethro HELPING?? again????
