I am curtis's brother inlaw and have been in trouble with the law myself. I understand why curtis would want to escape, it is degrating and the internal pain of realizing our mistakes is overbearing. I do not agree with the actions taken by curtis to be free by all means.
The judge in the case that stepped down was smart for not fighting it. Whoever sentences curtis will be labeled a judge that brought personel issues into the court room. Though its in societies best interest for this man to pay for what he did,I beleive the death penalty will just give curtis an easy way out from his pain and the regret of what he did.
I would like to receive some feed back on my comments,so please post and RE:Cory Grove so i can read and comment .
