The Deseret Morning News USED to be the one place we could find actual coverage of non-equity theatre in Utah. I am so quickly running out of reasons not to jusat switch completely to the Salt Lake Tribune . . .
There are plenty of local theaters covered and reviewed throughout the week. Why you continually "open your mouth and remove all doubt" -as Mark Twain once put it - about the theater coverage, look around and pay attention.
You're essentially arguing that looking at the cover of a book is the same as reading. Fine, the cover is still there, but the book isn't.
Now, I'll be fair and admit that the coverage now is what is newspaper standard. I just preferred the old days when we got more detail.
But, now I've said that more than enough, and I won't say it again.
