All for public transportation and all for public monies to be used to help with expansion. However I have no doubt that UTA will use expansion as an argument for future fare increases, as well as more "fuel surcharges", with decreased service along with it. Closely check the UTA route "adjustments" going into effect on Sunday. You'll see some reductions in route frequency, particularly evening service, which is largely non-existent already. This, 2 weeks following the latest fare increase. More cost to consumer, less service to consumer. What about UTA execs salaries and bonuses?
