Having just gone through this exact situation with my own family three weeks
ago, I wanted to express my heartfelt sympathies to this family. My 28 year old
brother was just killed on his motorcycle because a truck turned left in front
of him. It is tragic and devastating. It is difficult to find comfort in a time
like this but please know that my thoughts and prayers are with your family at
this time. Please, start seeing motorcycles!

Thanks, DeShelle. Alex was my nephew. You hear about these accidents nearly
every day but you never think it'll happen to your family. He was a bright
young man with loads of promise. This loss will be mourned for years to come.

The Soderborg family lives in my Stake. I have been friends with several of
their older children. They have wonderful kids. Their home is a happy one full
of love and lots of laughter. I think of them as very neighborly, often helping
others. They used to have an icecream machine out on the porch during hot summer
months, and welcomed anyone to stop by for a visit and an icecream. Each of them
is extremely intelligent and well educated. It will be sad for 1 twin to be
w/out the other. I am sorry for your loss. But atleast we know the Gospel plan
of celestial families.

I went to school with Alex and some of the Soderborg clan, great kids, a
significant loss to the community.

I bought my motorcycle about a month and a half ago. I can't tell you how
many times I have been cut off or had someone turn in front of me. I realize
that some motorcyclists are idiots and drive like they want to get killed, but
there are a few of us that obey traffic laws that could get killed by someone in
a car talking on their cell phone, or not paying attention. Condolences to
DeShelle and the Soderborg family.
