Lindsay is a remarkable young woman. I know that the Church generally
doesn't want to have missionaries with known health problems anymore. (It
can be a difficult situtation for their companions) but in this case it
certainly was meant to be. May God bless this special lady.

What an awesome story, my deceased husband had to get special permission to
serve a mission, he served 13 months in Texas, but due to falling and breaking
his nose, they decided he needed to come home early. What a wonderful
experience that he could serve for as long as he did and how wonderful that
Lindsay was able to complete her mission. I know and understand Lupus and it is
a miracle that she was able to undertake and complete this. So my question, why
did the Dr say she would die if she went to Canada, is it due to the socialized
medicine and that getting care would take much more time?

This is another example of the efficacy of prayer and the power of God.
Blessings upon you, Lindsay!

"R con R cigarro R con R carril como corren los carros del
ferrocarri" Did you remember...! You did it!.Alma 7:11, it says, "He
shall go forth, suffering pains and afflictions and temptations of every kind;
and this that the word might be fulfilled which saith he will take upon him the
pains and the sicknesses of his people" I will never forget your words of
hope! You know who I am!
