Waste of a persons time... Waste of a story.

Second life has warped the minds of many people who think they are living, but true living is meant to take place here on earth.

Maybe before you get a second life try living the first one. This alternate cyberworld stuff is got to be the most dumbing down of life i've ever seen. Whats next mtv second life real world.

Did any of you know that in these social reality/avatar things, there are secret codes you can enter that will allow you to enter secret chambers and engage in virtual inappropriate behavior with others? Programmers have been building in these things for decades, and the programmers who wrote the code for second life (i know them) did the same. Watch out what you get into! You never know!

I really have to stop playing Computer Chess long enough to check this out. It sounds like fun. We should all have more fun. If we can have LDS fun then so much the better. My Kids got me in Cyber World and Avatars but after a while I found them kind of boring and wanted to escape to either the Real World or the Third World. However this sounds like it might be good. WE are really good people but we are to stern and hard on our self�s and are trying to reach some kind of a phony, baloney Earthly Perfection. In reality we do what all other human beings some of us more and some of us less. However across the Board we need to smile and have more fun, even if its 2nd life Cyber Fun.

Isn't "virtual Mormon" an oxymoron??

Some of you need to take a trip to Disneyland and have some fun....maybe laugh a little.

Get a REAL life.

My sister suffers from Multiple Sclerosis. She is primarily home bound now, and can do few things for herself. She has no life. Second Life affords her the ability to meet others, have friendships, and actually do good in the world. She assists others with debilities and emotional struggles on-line, with the help of some psychologists that volunteer their services. Many people who do not have the courage or strength to get help in real life, where people may mock them, find courage in anonymity.

My sister helped keep a guy from committing suicide in real life. I'd say there is a good reason for places like Second Life, and a value to it for those unable to deal with physical relationships.
