Driving Bangerter Hwy. weekdays, at 4:30 A.M. the traffic is very light. There are police out, but what I witnessed was extreme. It was apparent that there was a manhunt underway due to all the streets being filled with Police. (Where's the Nat'l Guard?)I have never seen anything like it at anytime of the day. Kudos to SLC County's finest for catching this guy with no apparent injury to anybody.

Leave it to Utah law enforcement to blow something out of proportion. Maybe they should have held him longer than a year for killing somebody and this would have never happened.

It was the Feds that only had him a year. Maybe Utah can get him 25 years with any luck
