Very weak schedule. USU needs to upgrade it if it wants to be taken seriously on a national level. USU fans have no right to whine at the end of the year if they don't win the WAC and are overlooked by the NCAA selection committee. Even if they win over 20 games, which they should playing these teams.

BYU what a bunch of girls won't dare come to Logan to get stomped like you always do. I am so sorry that Stu Morrill is a way better coach than Dave Rose ever dreams of being. I'd love to see the Aggies continue to stick it the girly Cougars even if has to be on a neutral floor what a bunch of girls no wonder they cannot win a first round tournament game.

Actually, USU's team last year was one of its worst in recent memory, as far as RPI goes. As a USU fan, if a bad year means we tie for the conference title in the regular season and go to the NIT, I'll take it.

Utah State? Why is BYU bothering to play that bunch of whiners? I'm not sure their fans are capable of doing anything besides complain about the lack of respect they get. Decades of being thought of as the ugly step sister have a way of doing that I suppose. Everyone knows they're an afterthought, even in Utah.

The football team is coming to Logan to play in front of the very intimidating Romney Stadium crowd. Too bad for the Aggies that there will be 10,000 BYU fans at the game.

P.S. It Stew was such a great coach he wouldn't still be stranded in Logan.

Afterthought | 8:06 a.m. July 7, 2008
I don't mind the "too gooders" thinking of us as an afterthought or an ugly step sister because then when we beat them in basketball, the loss must cause much humiliation. The thought of the "too gooders" losing to an after thought or an ugly step sister brings a smile. By the way, the ugly step sister or the afterthought consistantly wins over 20 games with Stu as the coach. Not bad at all.

Basketball Genius is SO Right!!!!
The best part is the wimpy BYU players, who are to prissy to come up to Logan and face the awesome crowd Aggie Basketball brings in, will still get stomped and us Aggie fans will be more on their case than ever. I can't wait for that game! It is going to be awesome!

Five in-state games? Why not play Westminster instead of Montana-Northern and make it six? They are in the same conference.

Also, BYU and USU should meet in the ESA every three years. It's as close as they can come to meeting in the middle. The area should have a good representation from both camps and should be full and rockin'.
