Cleaning up Moab tailings could cost up to $1 billion

How long is the government going to talk about moving the waste? You would think the waste is a prisoner on death row bring up one after another reasons why the job should not be done. Maybe we should move the homes of the politicians next to the waste and see if something would then get done!
