Hmmm... let's see... $70,000 to fix the problem and clean it up... or $1,000,000 to build a new fire station?

Well DUH, of course we should build a new fire station!

Let me see... $70,000 in repairs verses $7,000,000 for a new building? Wow!! Now there's your tax dollars hard at work... Loan much of the cost? You still have interest and many years worth of payments. Whose brilliant idea was this anyway? And did you bother to get a second opinion for what the "expert" recommended? Mold can be dealt with very easily... Do a little research and see for yourself!!!

I'm also curious as to how you plan to build a new fire station AND police precinct with only $1,000,000! Do you plan to do most of the labor yourselves? Building materials alone will be well over $1,000,000!!! Ahhh to live in the wonderful imaginary world of our politicians...

Didn't you hear? Southern Exposure is closing. The fire department can pick up some poles really cheap!

This building is only 30 years old and it is worth spending the $70,000.00 needed to fix it. This is the problem with our economy, we spend too much money, on crap we dont need.

No. Utah sees a major earthquake every 350 years. Last one? 350 years ago.
