Can someone with a artificial heart valve have the ablation. Mine is in the mitral valve.

I understand this sterotaxis equipment will save millions of lives. A DR. told me that there are over 2 million people that can benefit from the live changing equipment. I wonder if this type of equipment will be available if this healthcare run by the government passes
