I dont care what mormans beleive, not one bit. I do know the LDS church doesnt
beleive in Polygamists marriage any longer. This should have been done LONG ago,
in Utah before it got this far. It doesnt matter whether the call was a hoax are
not. CPS investigated as they should have. You people act as if these are
"poor people" guess what? They arent! They bought and built a ranch

There is always money to prosecute and persecute, but never any money to help

Jeffs sits in prison for conducting a wedding ceremony (accomplice to rape). But there is no rapist ......the alleged rapist has yet to go to trial.
It will be interesting to see if the guy gets off and then where will this mess be. Jeffs in jail for accomplice to a rape that never occured.
If the "evidence" gathered at YFZ is thrown out then back to square one.
The keystone cops that orchestrated this whole jumbled mess need to be reassigned to the border patrol. They can arrest illegals 20 miles inside the Mexican border and save transportation costs.

This is where Texas made its colossal error. CPS is authorized to take children from their homes ONLY if there is IMMINENT danger to them. What is baffling is... CPS should have known better.
And it's going to cost Texas millions. CPS officials and all other State people involved in this fiasco should resign.

Maybe you should think before your speak? NO, ive never met anyone from FLDS,
but ive met many abused children. Its not a pretty site. Every Child should have
a free will without the fear of being tossed out of their home. You want to get
married at the legal age, no problem for me. But you start marrying underage
girls, or sexually abusing little boys, then thats a Problem for me and Most of

to CalFarley's Boys Ranch by Amarillo. The place where the children were
given the yucky water and little food was at a shelter in Fort Worth. Be

We all have yet to see any real evidence that the state has. There have been no

By the way the yellow stuff in the water is from a high mineral and sulfer content so don't worry.
The natives that drink the water too long get bad teeth and kidney stones but you have to drink the stuff for years.

Re Brother Chuck>.. Ok I'll tell you. The Waco raid was one raid too many. It may have been the feds but they had enough help from Texas that the Texas bunch should have learned a lesson.
Now we have the YFZ fiasco to call our own and the mess is beyond shameful.
Last week in Killene the cops used an armored care and several swat teams to get one murder suspect.
The use of excessive force has gone too far in Texas and as a native Texan I am getting tired of it. This state has made a mockery of justice and law enforcement has turned into an industry similar to the military industrial complex of the cold war. In this case the war is being fought against its own citizens by a State with little regard for civil rights and due process.
"Save the children" has become the new battle cry for the worn out "war on drugs" excuse of the past.
This state imprisons more of its citizens than any other State in this union for shear profit....this time they lose money...thank God we didn't lose lives.

April 6, 2008- "We finally got to San Angelo and arrived at Fort Concho at
12:00 pm. They took all of us into one building where they had brought all the
girls from the Baptist Church, making a total of 256 people in that one
building. There was an upstairs part, but they refused to allow any of us to go
up there. There were hundreds of army cots spread across the floor, with
little walkways between them. There were also many snoopy CPS people all
through the building, trying to hear everything we said. The room was just like
a traffic jam. It was very loud with all of the crying children. We were
treated more like animals than people. CPS seemed to expect us to bow to their
every desire.

Did she have a marriage license issued by the state? If not, there is no marriage. If she did, then the state is responsible for improperly issuing a license. If she had no license and was married by Jeffs, it was likely a FLDS "spiritual" marriage... which is not against any laws that I'm aware of.

My fear was being taken to the wood shed.

How much did it cost Janet Reno to send the Federal Boogie Man after a 7 year
old boy who's mother died trying to bring him to freedom. This had a lot
more to do with then just Polygamy. I am sure the proper word for Mormons taking
part in that is Not Hate. Mormons are not the only people that do or did do
that. Polygamy has gone on for thousands of years, as has the I word. Some of
that Line that went to David and from David to Jesus that we are so proud of was
very closely related. If everyone is over 18, I do not care how they hook up.

The Children should never have been allowed to stay in that place. The building does not pass City Codes. Write the Star Telegram an email asking them to check the shelter out.
I know a little girl that spent time in the Childrens Hospital in Fort Worth because CPS refused to give her her medicine. CPS tried to blame their error on the Girls Mother. The Doctor at the Hospital stated a Timeline that put the Girl's Mother out of the picture as a cause for the sickness.
Three Children were sent out of State in a Vehicle with expired tags. They now live with a convicted Child abuser that uses drugs.

many of the volunteers who brought, food, water, supplies to the shelters in San
Angelo. Now you can lie all you want Truth, but I know San Angelo Very Well. Of

Cost the state citizens of Texas over 14 million bucks for judicial incompetence
and the liability to pay millions more in lawsuits. On the plus side, publicly
exposed how evil CPS agencies do business every day in this country. I hope more
lawsuits against state CPS agencies for using judicial abuse will put them out

You seem to have forgotten about the state MHMR workers who reported CPS abuses to their supervisor after observing the treatment of the captives held in the coliseium.
Freedom is an interesting thing CS .....people could have been locked in the best hotel in the world but it still would have been a prison. For 14 million Texas could have built a heck of a nice concentration facility.....but it still would have been a prison.

When someone claims to be FLDS and or has experienced the captivity they are not believed.

burden. From the Star Telegram in Texas, an article itemizing the various
costs::
"The documents did include e-mails circulated among some of Perry's top staffers in response to a May 25 Star-Telegram report on complaints about delayed reimbursements to some state protective services employees. The e-mails included "travel voucher talking points" explaining the process for ensuring prompt reimbursement and expressing empathy for employees who must pay their ever-rising gasoline bills upfront.
"We have been hearing a few anecdotal stories from staff that they are feeling the gas price pinch and that their reimbursements are taking too long," the talking points say before explaining how the reimbursement policy works."
