I think the same thing, but I know better than to say anything about it here, some of the people on this site would eat their own pet before saying such a thing.

P.S. I hope I'm not "cursed", but I feel the same way about BYU athletes.
One of the problems they had with serving a mission was they were so well known and popular in most of the world that the LDS Church was concerned they would be a distraction and that young girls would be baptized for the wrong reasons.
Whether David Archuleta should serve a full-time proselyting mission is best left to him, his Bishop and Stake President, and the LDS Church.
