Should it surprise anyone that the Bush cartell is more interested in money that posterity? Destroying a nation is not good news, look at what happened in Europe over time, it is now barren and sparsely productive. Just because it is there is not cause or justification to destroy any remenanents of nature. What is sad is that the greed for wealth is blind and powerful, until it runs out of its supply. The world needs trees and national forests, its one of the few things that help clean up and stablize the environment every one keeps whining about, like the ozone and what impact trees have in controlling it. Wealth should take a back seat in protecting our world and nation.
