The judge must work for the Bush cartell. Any laws protecting our citizens and re-enforcing federal laws are not unconstitutional. Employers have the duty and responsibilty as americans to insure all employees meet citizenship requirements as described in federal laws. And if they refuse to obey the laws then they can be subjected to either loss of business license or face severe fines to disobey them. It is the businesses choice and the states right and duty by state constitution to obey and enforce the federal laws. It is written in the state constituions in order that a territory received statehood. What country are the judges working for? Mexico or the U.S.? Seems that they are. If a business is located and licensed in any state in the Union it is bound by the laws of the federal government and state governments. And the state has just as much right to enforce federal laws as the federal government. This issue is not a federal issue, it is an issue that belongs with every state and american citizen as well. A citizen also has the right and responsibilty to apprehend and detain illegal foreign nationals in the preservation of their constitution.

States have the right to enforce federal law, as in kidnapping and bank robbery both of which are federal laws. The people of Oklahoma thought they lived in a democracy were the people made the laws through their legislature. In this case one judge may as well be called a dictator. Since most of the cost of illegal immigration falls to the state, the state has a right to be involved. The state is required to pay educational, medical, and often welfare costs created by illegal aliens, and on the flip side illegal aliens pay little in state and local taxes, depending on how much they pay in sales tax, the only real non-escapable tax.

This year, the Utah legislature by doing nothing, decided to subsidize the cheap labor employers. The costs mentioned above are paid by all Utah taxpayers. The Oklahoma Legislature tried to protect their taxpayers, but the court decided to kiss the toes of the cheap labor employers (Chamber of Commerce, champion of cheap labor).

This is the same as the SF Federal judge disallowing the No-Match letters. The Feds are doing everything they can to protect the illegals, and the employers.

Eight states have passed legislation, so far, mandating that E-Verify will be used by all employers in the state, to vaildate NEW employees: those states are Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, and South Carolina. ALL states need to mandate that E-Verify is used by all employers, to validate ALL employees, not just NEW employees.

The federal government, and ALL states, also need to mandate that E-Verify is used to validate recipients of any type of social welfare, or government grant, and that anyone on these programs presently is re-validated through E-Verify.

ALL states need to mandate that E-Verify is used in the issuance of driver's licenses, and all issued driver's licenses should be re-validated using E-Verify. Only Maryland, New Mexico, Washington, and Hawaii still grant licenses to illegals. Let me know what I missed.

Absolutely disgusting. Cities, counties and states try to take steps forward to execute the will of the majority of citizens and get some margin of control over this illegal foreign national alien invasion in progress, and federal judges swat them down. No wonder alot of people are advocating a militia to address illegals. The very entity charged to enforce existing laws chooses to do NOTHING in the name of enforcement, and has been woefully derelict for the past 22 years since the last amnesty. People are feeling disgusted, powerless, frustrated, ignored and fed-up, and who can blame them? We're watching these illegal invaders infiltrate this nation by the tens of millions with absolute impunity and irresponsibly procreating to intentionally produce yet another "anchor" to add to the 300,000 born here annually yet we're expected to sit and do nothing?
How pathetic is that? Something is going to snap and give way. Soon. Count on it.

So many crimes are happening across America, that usually do not warrant any national press report. The question is, has this been going on for decades? That only because we have the Internet, instant communication that everybody knows almost immediately? Or is it because the masses of illegal people entering this nation, without being screened has brought with them a third world mentality?

Those who steal across our perforated fence, includes the criminal element that think they above above US law. Each day citizens are slain on the roads of America, by drunk illegal drivers. This is far from isolated case, because these accident reports are not necessary revealed by the biased press. Pedestrians have become 'road kill' daily, especially when the victims are innocent children. Do not expect to read about this carnage in the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times. You need to dig deeper in rural newspapers or the e-media on the Internet, to find the unsuppressed facts. Then we have the violent street gangs protected by 'Sanctuary cities' like Los Angeles.

What part of FEDERAL do you people not understand? Have you read the Constitution? Have you ever heard of the Supremacy Clause?

Article IV

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

Immigration is a federal matter. And the sooner we force Congress to get off their butts and fix it the better off we will all be.

More propaganda from Brittanicus! Let me ask you, how many people are killed everyday by drunk US CITIZEN drivers? Do you even know or does it even matter? Its shameful to use someone else's tragedies to promote your own agenda.

Don't make me laugh with your LIES. Road kill? Innocent children every day? Are you serious? How convenient that we don't get a chance to read about it, and that the facts are suppressed. Could it be because these events don't happen? Interesting how you have to resort to fabricating stories to support your weak positions.

Saying "it's a federal problem" is just an excuse to avoid using the "federal solutions" given to the states by the federal government. The laws passed by the states included such federally-approved tools as E-Verify; 287(g) training for local law enforcement and Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE.)

note2self,

The point is not that illegals commit MORE crimes than our home-grown ones...it's that they commit ANY. The point is that they should not be here in the first place and should be prevented from having the opportunity to victimize innocent Americans.

It's kind of like a convicted murderer who gets pardoned and goes out and murders some innocent person the next day. The crime seems so much worse because it could have been prevented.

Bank Robberies and Kidnappings that go over state lines is a Federal Offense and the Federal Government takes over any investations. The Federal Government is the sole investative agencies for Federal Crimes.
Immigration laws need to be changed. What is in effect now is a confusing mess. Every Country has different requirements. We have to many different types of Visa's. It also shouldn't take years for Americans to get their immediate family members into the United States. Think about it, you have a foreign born child, or spouse it can take years to bring them here. What's with that.
