I bet Willie Jessop is on the phone telling the reporter the FLDS has cooperated with the trust, which, of course, he will say, is unholy and oppressive.

Turn over all your funds to me since I think you are not doing an adequate job of protecting those funds. What do you think of that plan? Do you consider it "unholy and oppressive?" Yeah, thought so.

You are a little out of line with that comment seeing what they have been through and still going through. Their problems are bigger than you can imagine and it has to do with the government agenda for sure. What do you think that the government would do if they had a highway they wanted to build but it goes through your land? Think about it and how can you say that all of them are bad anyhow? You don't know them but I can sure most of those people are innocent of any wrong doing but they have land in the wrong place.

Half cousin? Whut tha heck is thet? A second cousin divided by 2 is a whole cousin. Maybe a whole cousin divided by a second cousin? I'll have to ask some friends from Kentucky. They know more about cousins than anyone West of the Ohio. It's so common, it don't make the news.

Hey, "Interloper," Bruce Wisan, the special fiduciary of the UEP Trus, is barking up the wrong tree in regards to, at least, the purchase of the Yearning For Zion ranch.

This property was not purchased out of this fund; it was by an elderly FLDS member who has made his personal fortune in the manufacture of airplane parts.

While I realize the likes of Bruce Wisan et. al. has to do EVERYTHING he can, wherever he can, to dismantle and destroy the FLDS, this is one time it won't stick even though he's trying to make good "window dressing" for the likes of YOU and your ilk that started this whole Witch Hunt in the first place.

So, "Interloper" you made one VERY bad "bet."

PS, I am NOT FLDS; I'm an Atheistic Jewish man from New York city who grew up a "Red Diaper Baby."

And if you don't know that "Read Diaper Baby" means, go read the article on it in "Wikipedia."

"Anonymous," now you know why the US Founders made revolution against Great Britain and wrote the US Constitution, especially The Bill of RIGHTS.

It seems that the FLDS are now the Colonists; too many government officials somehow truly believe that the US Constitution doesn't apply to the FLDS and the only reason they're getting away with it, is that too many "good" Americans AGREE with them.

This is a perfect example of the "slippery slope" and why this Great and Grand Republic is in decline; the rights of individuals are being destroyed; the FLDS is just one of the more noteworthy examples.

I can see that all the FLDS polygamists are getting starting early today. You guys better get started here and feed this blog full of BS just like all the rest of them. Why don't you FLDS try not breaking the laws for once in your lives, and quit shacking up with each other day after day. And even worse, you folks use the good Lord to do it. Shame on you! Don't you FLDS have any morals whatsoever? In the name of God stop the abuse... GEEZE!

To Eye Dee Ten Tee: Did you mean west of the Mississippi River? You can live north of the Ohio River in PA, OH, IN, or IL, or you can live south of the Ohio River in WV, or KY. Us inbred folks whose ancestors came through the Cumberland Gap with Daniel Boone seem to know our geography and grammer better than we are given credit. "It don't make the news." Doesn't is the word you were needing in that sentence.

This UEP trust is not the orginal trust set up by the FLDS. That trust was dissolved and a new trust created when the the court siezed the FLDS assets in Utah and Arizona a couple of years ago. According to History of Utah by Orson F. Whitney Vol.3 Page 588 the same thing happened to them in 1886 when the court siezed the orginal LDS assets and disolved that organization and created the current LDS and gave it to a reciever. Court apponted robbery in my book. Leave these peacefull people alone!

Timothy is a clown. Get your facts straight. You are what is called a "sheeple" The FLDS believe what they are doing is right. I do too. We can make up our own minds and do what we think is best for us. Notice that only ZOG says what they think the FLDS are doing. No proof of that.

A half-sibling would mean that the siblings only have 1 biological parent in common, instead of two biological parents in common.
I'm guessing that a half-cousin means that the cousins only have 1 biological grandparent out of the four grandparents in common, instead of the more normal two biological grandparents in common.

Half-cousin = 1 of 4 biological grandparents in common (instead of the normal 2 grandparents in common)

ok Cuz,,, I got it.

It is interesting to note that Hildebrands change of the consent laws was objected to by East Texans reps.......so harvey slipped his bill thru on a cps funding bill.
Looks like East Texas needs the next raid.

Talk about cousins........

half cousins, not in Utah | 11:01 a.m. June 5, 2008
My husband is from a HUGE family both sides--one great grandfather had two wives (he was widowed and remarried) and 18 living children. We once went to a family reunion and met the husband of one of the "cousins". There are so many that we don't usually try to figure out exactly how we relate. The cousin's husband got to telling us about his daughter, "Billie Sue" who was going to the same college that one of our sons was attending. When we got home, we called our son and asked him the last name of the "Billie Sue" he was dating. When he told us, we told him we had met her parents at a family reunion and that they were some sort of cousins. Later that night he called back and asked "what kind of cousins?" We figured it out at "half second cousins, once removed." The kids decided that was too close and broke up--both now happily married to other (non-related, so far as we can figure out) spouses. Daughter's friend at college once broke a date with her to attend another different family reunion--we showed up at the same reunion. Daughter and friend were both surprised.

No. Utah sees a major earthquake every 350 years. Last one? 350 years ago.
