Utah delegates are shifting allegiance

A person that is a real leader would not have so much indecisions in its followers. Indecision in their followers only proves that they are not leaders with no real leadership abilities. This is true of Hillary, Obama, and McCain. America needs a real leader that will lead the American people and not be representative CEO's that have been the downfall of America and its soverignty. As the end nears, hopefully a darkhorse candidated will emerge and show the people what real leadership is. If any of these 3 major players get elected America will only accelerate its demise as a soverign and independent nation. We will get and maintain the current form of distrust in government and its leadership. Fear not, this years elections are important to America and its place in the world. We need leadership in America before world leadership and that is the direction of current candidates. My vote goes to Ron Paul, the only candidate willing to secure America and give us back our strong economy. America has been lead down the wrong path with CEO's running the government, now its time to put government back in the hands of the american people.

Just more political posturing (I mean leadership) from Matheson. If he chooses to support either Obama or Clinton he upsets the majority of voters in his district. So, instead he waits for the nominee decision to be made so then he can claim "I voted for Obama since he was already the party's nominee -- I had no other choice." Sometimes leadership requires making the hard call. Of course, Matheson has never shown leadership.

Scott Matheson may be the representative in my U.S. House of Representatives district, but he is not of my party; I don't support him unless he votes my agenda, and he supports my presidential nominee. The democrat candidates are not my candidates. Barack Obama sounds like a junkyard dog when he speaks. He undoubtably learned part of his trade by attending Trinty Baptist Church in Chicago....as in the Reverend Jeramiah Wright. He is scary. He will be barking at everyone in the country and internationally. Buckle up if he is elected President of the United States of America! Note to Bob G: Special interests have always had a major influence on Washington politics. No one will ever change that my friend. No even John McCain or the junkyard dog, Barack Obama with all his rhetoric. We need term limits and a balanced budget law or we are doomed!

Matheson should announce his support now. I can't imagine what is holding him back, because it couldn't be the excuse he's given. Come on, Jim, show some decision-making! Just this once!

Utah Valley Resident -- why do you humiliate us with your racist rhetoric? It is so far removed from my religious upbringing in Spanish Fork. And yes, it is time for Jim Matheson to stop his weak avoidance of real responsibility. Perhaps he would be happier if he changed his party affiliation.

Utah Democrats are usually not quite as dumb as those from further away.

I had (foolishly, it turns out) hoped that they would refrain from endorsing either of the awful choices leading in their party.

Obama is a brilliant speaker who says nothing, extremely well. He has accomplished nothing, aside from some victories in Chicago's gutter politics. He seeks immunity from all criticism by declaring it to be racist. He promises "change" with no specifics about how. He freely chooses to associate with a despicable bunch of crooks (Rezko) and hate mongers (Wright & Fliegel), while earning the adoration of assorted terrorists and thugs (Hamas, Chavez, Achmadinejad).

Maybe the Dem superdelgates can just "vote present" instead of soiling themselves by embedding themselves with their heir apparent.

The Republican offering is but little better.

Jim Matheson has become a Pelosi sock puppet, so it is no surprise that he will fall in line.

Be Careful...I am all for Barak but not Hillary. I am voting against the war but if Barak picks Hillary. I will not vote at all. I cant vote for McCain and I won't vote for Hillary.

Obama's website has this on his issues page "Obama has tackled problems such as preventing the spread of weapons of mass destruction"

If he is filling the same bloated lies as Bush, he is no president for me. Bush and Obama can try to make America as liberal as they want but to their own pain.

Neo con, Paleo con, liberal...labels are all these are. Bush's foreign policy is as liberal as you can make it and Obama is using the same misleading wordage to gain power over the people.

I've been a long time supporter of Karen Hale, but she has really disappointed me with her recent switch. It was obvious that after Tuesday's elections that Obama was going to delegates regardless of her decision, but instead of sticking to her guns, she jumps ship. I don't buy this "unite the party" rhetoric, I think she is a coward and should be ashamed of herself.
