In my experience when the Supreme Court delays in making a decision it usually means they know the decision that is a legally obligated for them to make but is But is a decision that they do not want have to make. I've studied a little law in this case a i see many problems with the law.

First is the legal justification of the law Is week at best and has that has little imperial evidence to support it.

Second the law was written targeting a particular type of business which could allow the government the power to target any business they may not approve of for any reasons.

Third the exemption was put in so that primarily the arts would not be Included and to exempt traveling performances from it and protect state revenue from these. this exemption might be in question.

Fourth the definition of nude and seminude might need for clarification Otherwise swimming pools our own lagoon could be subject To this law.

Intent of law Must be able show the full intent but it must also be able to be interpreted clearly. Morality is subject to change Thus legislating on morality is dangerous.
