Just another example | 12:17 p.m. May 28, 2008
I wonder what Warren Jeffs' reason for excommunicating Dan Barlow was -- jealousy, competition, pretty wife.

It's clear that if the power-hungry, paranoid man the FLDS call a "prophet," does like you, thinks you're competition, or likes one of your wives or daughters, Warren can simply get rid of you by kicking you out of the faith and telling you to repent from afar, in other words...

Leave now and never come back. No!!! (louder) Leave now and never come back! (bares teeth, growling) Arghhhh! LEAVE NOW AND NEVER COME BACK. ...

How can the FLDS continue to follow a convicted felon that would take a family from their father for not reason?

How ironic that the FLDS are calling the Texas CPS a gestapo organization when their own leader, Warren Jeffs, has acted more like Hitler by excommunicating people on a whim, destroying families by sending fathers to repent from afar and reassigning their wife to another man, killing all the dogs in Colorado City, forcing underage girls into marriages with older men, and preventing children from being educated.

And all of this is done based on his personal revelation.

Math question? | 2:35 p.m. May 28, 2008
This gentleman is 76 with four children aged 4 to 13 who were "taken away" from him 4 years ago. He was 63 when the 13 year old was born. How old was his "wife", the mother of these children, when he married her? He also witnessed children being taken away from him in 1953, which would make him 21? How old was he when he started HAVING children?

Beginning at 20 or 21, and continuing until 4 years ago when he was 72 years old, how many children does he have, and by how many wives of what ages?

Just boggles my mind.

Re: Math Question | 4:49 p.m. May 28, 2008
If he was 21 in 1953 and saw three of his children being taken, how old was he when he started having children, and how old was his first wife when he married her?

Also, he has been procreating for at least 55-58 years - so how many children does he have altogether ranging in age from 50+ to 4. How many wives and children were taken away from him?

Interesting question, and would be interesting to know.

No. Utah sees a major earthquake every 350 years. Last one? 350 years ago.
