This is just a little advise for all of you that will now need to go from Logan, through Sardine Canyon, to your jobs. Watch your speed from Logan to the canyon. That stretch of road has lower speed limits than seem like normal driving speeds, and there will be many law enforcement agencies watching to cash in on you!!!

UDOT doesnt care one bit whether improvements are needed or how drivers are inconvenienced. They have shown that once again with this project by saying the inconvenience to workers is more important to them than the inconvenience to drivers, so they are shutting the road down entirely. The only criteria UDOT has are finding someplace to spend money (if they dont spend it, they lose it) and what kind of make work they can find to keep employees busy. Traveling needs and public concenience play no part in their decision making.

Shorter term pain = long term gain.

UDOT chose the lesser of two painful alternatives. It's too bad some people aren't happy unless they're criticizing someone else.

This is the right idea, but the wrong way to do it. The road will need to be a 4 lane highway in the future, so why not do it now? Three lanes, with the middle lane for both directions, seems dangerous, not to mention the 1/2 mile passing lane going around a corner... whose idea was that anyway?!

Commuters through Sardine, WATCH OUT FOR MANTUA!!! That guy is going to have a heyday! New City Hall for Mantua.
