Will Texas terminate parental rights in one year if Jeffs and the other fathers refuse to show up in court?

Will the service plan for the Jeffs children remain vague if there is a chance Jeffs conviction may be
overturned?

Or will it spell out that the mothers are not to establish any visitation between Jeffs and his children.

hopefully the court will keep the kids away from this lunatic. But if not, one would hope the mother would - unless she's as screwed up as Jeffs. Never know with these fanatics.

Never ever would I have wanted to be assigned to an Inmates Housing Unit as I would this man. Just one graveyardshift on his run, is all that would have been asked.
