wonderful news from the SCOTUS.
If Obama gets to aoppoint new justices, we will see this changed.
Liberals: full press on destructive interpretations of Constitution-guarranteed freedoms.
PLUS...take away guns. With a stroke of a pen, millions will be made into felons.

I had no idea about the coming Obamapocalypse, thanks for the warning.

Seriously, the opinion seems like a win-win. Everybody is opposed to child porn (yes, even Democrats), but the concern was that the law forbade other, protected speech. In upholding the law, the Court narrowed the potential reach of the statute so that only unprotected speech is covered.

Sounds OK to me.

Not all in politics are on the side of removing such material. Check with the ACLU and man-boy-love association. I doubt they would agree

The sky is NOT falling Chicken Little. Obama's platform is NOT to take away your gun, destroy the constitution, or protect child pornographers. "Fear-&-Smear" is SO 4-yrs ago.
Why do so many | 2:56 p.m. May 19, 2008
Why do so many people assume that
1.) Obama will win
2.) The supreme court will vacate.

Somewhere in here is the basis for a new prime time reality show.

Child violators are already protected, that is if your rich or pitiable. Have your photo's shot by professionals and you can protect them under the arm of "art". Cry and scream enough and you can be pitied enough to protect your actions under "religion" as well.

If your just an average dude though, be prepared to be put on a list and thrown in jail for forever.

This law needs to be overturned. We are losing all of our freedoms one by one.
Dear Randy | 6:29 p.m. May 19, 2008
Why is this a freedom to have minors engage and sex and you watch those pictures. You certainly have a demoralized value of what a freedom actually is.

Yes, promoting child pornography should be illegal after all in child pornography some child must be involved. Put them away and throw away the key.
